Kestrel & Co wanted a headquarters that felt less like a firm and more like a place people choose to be. We wrapped the meeting rooms in warm oak paneling and turned the underused reception into a library lounge for quiet work and informal client conversations.
A restrained palette of tobacco leather, brushed brass, and deep green keeps the space professional without being cold — formality, softened.
